Precautions:
Shake well.
Avoid applying in direct sunlight.
Wear skin protection.
Wear respiratory protection.
Wear eye protection.
Always test in small area before full application to determine flash time.
Applying in colder conditions will lengthen time frame before wipe-off (closer to 2-3 minutes). Applying in hotter conditions will give you a shorter time frame before you wipe-off (closer to 1-2 minutes).

Prep:
The Prep is the most important step of the process, our coating is great but it can not do the prep work for you!
1. Decontaminate the wheel surface using Armour Detail Supply Wheel Cleaner, followed by removing further embedded contamination with a clay bar or synthetic clay mitt.
2. If swirl marks, or scratches are present, polish the paint to reduce any surface defects and create maximum gloss.
3. Use our Armour Detail Supply Panel Prep to remove any oils/residue left from your polishing step. If you did not polish the surface, repeat this step twice to ensure a clean surface.
You are ready to apply Armour Wheel Coating!
Application:
1. After thorough prep prime the applicator with 3 lines start and each subsequent application will only need a small amount, a little goes a long way.
2. Apply Armour Wheel Coating one wheel at a time. Apply using a methodical back and forth or crosshatch motion making sure to have even coverage. Allow the product to “set up” for 1-3minutes depending on temperature/humidity (generally 1-2 minutes). Look for light hazing to appear before removing.
3. In a small circular motion level coating 95%+ on 1st wipe (short nap, pearl weave), the first wipe will have a slight grab to it, but the product should be picked up easily. If the coating begins to smear, it needs additional time to setup. If the product is very hard to remove, it needs less time before removal. Switch to 2nd towel (plush) for final leveling. Check for any streaks, or high spots which can appear as cloudy or dark spots. Repeat this process per wheel.
4. Use a fresh side of the towel every wheel.
We highly recommend applying 2 layers for maximum benefits and durability. If you wish to apply multiple layers allow 1-2 hours between layers.
After Care:
Allow product to sit 12 hours at minimum for initial cure. After 4 hours you can apply our Armour Detail Supply AMPLIFY or Ceramic Spray Sealant to protect the coating during its initial cure. After 12 hours the vehicle can be driven and get wet. Do not wash or induce to chemicals for 7 days.

Yes, it is highly recommended on wheels to increase wear resistance. If you wish to apply a second layer, wait 1-2 hours between layers.
Yes! Armour Wheel Coating can be applied to painted or powdercoated caliper finishes. Follow similar prep and application proceedure as the wheels.

ADS WHEEL is fantastic and easy to apply! Super slick and hydrophobic!! After about a 600 mile road trip, including highway, county roads, and gravel parking lots. I just foamed over the wheel with pH neutral soap, and it rinsed completely clean!!! 10/10 Recommend!! The 50 ml bottle did my 20” wheels with two coats, and still had product left over.
This is my 4 coating for ADS wheels, glass, and pro quartz coating. They literally just that damn phenomenal!!! Pair that with amplify and you will get an unbelievable chief kiss. Phobic and quartz also does a freaking amazing job too so don’t forget about that either.

I have used another wheel sealant but this one is a step above. I followed all the applicational/ cleaning instructions to the letter and the application of the sealant was very easy using the included applicator Applied 2 coats using the proper drying time, applied amplify for the 12 hour final cure time and got excellent results ( see pics attached ) Of course, the proof will be how long it lasts. But I have confidence it will be great. Keep up the great work, Armour. BIG FAN.

This stuff seems like it might be the answer to wheel coating dilemma. Extremely high solids content, one coat process, and great water behavior. I’ll have to wait and see how long it lasts, but it’s seems great so far.

I have tried other wheel coatings before and this one is the best. I put 2 layers on and the video is after 4 weeks. Same great beading as the other wheel coatings but the install process was better. I didnt feel rushed and you could tell a hefty, higher solids coating was being layed on. Going strong so far.

I applied Armour Wheel a few weeks ago to my personal car's wheels to test it. Application was great. The following week I drove the car several hundred miles out of state and back. Very little dirt accumulated on them. I washed them for the first time a few days ago and the came 95% clean with just the rinse. (video on IG @ wesoakes) They also feel buttery smooth which is nice while washing them. So far this coating is a home run. My old wheel coating my get booted off the lineup.
I own a high end paint protection shop in Illinois and providing my clients with the best is the only option I offer. This wheel coating was easy to apply and provided a nice look to the finish of the wheel. The packaging was really nice and came with an applicator already. This wheel coating was super easy to apply. I got this to put on my new 25 Subaru Outback Wilderness. I did 2 coats and have to say I am impressed thus far; I have a mile long gravel driveway that is really dusty, and it seems to repel the dust from collecting on the flat black wheels!
