Refund policy
1. Warranty Policy
1.1. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to claim a warranty on an item.
1.2. Warranty coverage is subject to the proper and reasonable utilization of products for their designated purpose. Any instances of abuse, modification, alterations, or usage of any product beyond its intended or specified purpose may result in the denial of warranty claims.
1.3 Warranty coverage extends exclusively to matters concerning product functionality. We regret to inform you that warranty claims cannot be honored for issues unrelated to product usability, including personal preferences or unsubstantiated claims.
2. Standard Returns
2.1. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
2.2. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and with seals intact.
3. Refunds
3.1. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it. Once approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
3.2. The timeframe for receiving the credit will depend on your card issuer's policies. Generally this is 7-10 business days.
4. Exchanges
4.1. Exchanges are possible, pending approval from an Armour Detail Supply Representative.
4.2. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at info@armourdetailsupply.com to arrange the exchange.
5. Shipping
5.1. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Armour Detail Supply will pay for shipping costs on warranty items.
5.2. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5.3. If you prefer, Armour Detail Supply can offer you a pre-paid return label to simplify the return process. In most cases, we are glad to assist you in this manner. However, it's important to note that any shipping fees associated with the return will be deducted from your total refund amount once the product(s) arrive and the refund is processed. Please contact us at info@armourdetailsupply.com with the package size and weight to arrange this.
5.4. For items over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance.
6. Exemptions
6.1. Ceramic Coatings are not eligible for returns due to the nature of the active chemistry.
6.2. Any items that have been opened, or used in any way are not eligible for returns.
6.3. Orders placed before the start of a sale or promotion are not eligible for retroactive discounts, price adjustments, or partial refunds.
