Shipping policy
1. Damaged Shipments
At Armour Detail Supply, we strive to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. However, in the event of a damaged or leaking package, please notify us promptly. All bottles are induction sealed to minimize leakage risks, but accidents can still occur during shipping.
- Notification: Notify either the shipping provider or Armour Detail Supply within 48 hours of delivery time of any damaged or leaking shipments. If notified after 48 hours of delivery Armour Detail Supply is not held responsible for damaged items.
- Contact: Please contact us at info@armourdetailsupply.com to report damaged or leaking packages.
- Response: Upon receipt of your email, we will promptly address the issue to ensure a replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.
2. Missing Items
Should you discover an incorrect or missing item in your shipment, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery time. We'll swiftly send replacements to ensure your complete satisfaction.

- Evidence: Kindly provide a photo of all items received to facilitate the process.
3. Continental US Shipping
Orders within the continental 48 United States are shipped via FedEx, USPS, or UPS. NEXT-DAY Fulfillment on orders placed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 11AM EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Shipping days include Monday-Friday excluding all major holidays.
4. Promotional Shipping Offers
Offer may be combined with other promotional offers, and wholesale accounts.

5. International Shipping
International shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, Due to System Limitations there is a chance that your displayed calculated shipping might be less than the actual shipping rate once your order is packaged if that is the case Armour Detail Supply will reach out in order to collect the difference to ship your order. Armour Detail Supply reserves the right to use an equivalent or better shipping service other than the one selected if cost of shipping is/and or less than the shipping charge quoted. Armour Detail Supply is not responsible for import duties or taxes applied at the destination, if applied these charges are your responsibility as the customer. The buyer is responsible for researching the cost of customs duties & taxes. Armour Detail Supply is unable to estimate how much the customs taxes/duties will be as they vary per country.
6. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Please note that any delivery dates or timeframes displayed during the checkout process are estimates provided by the shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx) and are not guaranteed. These estimates are based on the carriers' standard delivery schedules and are subject to change due to various factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Once an order has been processed and handed over to the selected carrier, Armour Detail Supply is not responsible for any delays or failures in delivery. The responsibility for meeting the estimated delivery timeframe lies solely with the carrier.
We understand the importance of timely deliveries and strive to process and ship orders promptly. However, we recommend allowing for potential delays when planning your order, especially during peak shipping periods or holidays.
If you experience a significant delay beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, we encourage you to contact the carrier directly with your tracking information for the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding your shipment.
7. Pre-Order Items
If your order contains any items listed as pre-order, please note that the entire order will be held until the pre-order item becomes available. This means no portion of the order will be shipped separately unless arrangements are made in advance. Additional shipping charges will apply if you would like items to ship separately.
If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for those items.
