The Villain rinseless sponge uses a very firm sponge material for rinseless washing - it feels much harder compared to other sponges I have used from other companies. The slits in the sponge help to trap the dirt and it really does release the dirt out of the sponge after you dunk it in the bucket and squeeze. I like the fact that there are no "sharp" edges on the sponge - each edge is "shaved" to that the 90 degree angles are minimized. It feels really comfortable in the hand. Ultimately, I have to ding it two stars for being too hard for my liking. The hardness makes it more difficult to adjust to different objects and heights like logos and badges, and even body line edges.
My new favorite rinseless sponge! It brings the feel and shape of the classic UBS in a great new color that can really show off the capabilities of Hero rinseless wash. It's ready to go out of the package, but it feels better after a few hours in the bucket and some dunking/wringing. It has the best glide feeling across the paint of any rinseless sponge on the market while still also being very safe.
Great sponge. Easier to handle than some of the others. Fits my hand like a glove. Does a nice job of trapping the dirt and doesn't stain like other sponges.
First time rinseless washing and was amazed. Received this in a mystery bucket and thought why not. Truck was dirty from a long road trip down south. This sponge sucked up all the dirt and it went straight back into the bucket. Even picked up small pine needles and pulled them into the slits! Super impressed! Might become a rinseless washer now. Just need some hero to go with it.

My 2010 Audi A5 Convertible & 2025 Lexus RX350h are seldom washed with anything but a rinseless wash.
This is an excellent sponge. I have used other sponges that are "good", but this one is a step up. Mostly, I like the color because you can see the dirt and grime one the sponge.
